The Conference will combine the scientific program with an industrial exhibition which will be held next to the plenary room together with the coffee breaks and the lunch buffets, from Monday 01 to Thursday 04 July 2019.
Companies and organizations are invited to present their products, services and the latest developments in the fields of surface treatment, materials, coatings, surface analysis, imaging and microscopy, vacuum systems.
This free access exhibition is aimed at providers of research equipment and materials, publishers working in the scientific community and employers of science graduates.

Booth reservation will be on a “first come- first served basis”. Participation will be about 20 booths.
All registered exhibitors will be listed in the final conference announcement and included in the conference guide and abstract booklet.
Applications for space must be received by February 2nd, 2019. Intercom reserves the right to short-term changes.
The exhibitor covers all other costs and risks in relation to the building as well as to the construction and the support of the company’s stand. Furthermore the exhibitor has to effect an insurance policy against civil liability and damages. The total costs of the exhibition space must be paid before installation; otherwise you are not allowed to obtain the booth.
The poster sessions and coffee breaks of the Conference are located in the same hall to encourage interaction between the industrial exhibition and the conference participants. The poster sessions will be held in the same area for easy communication between exhibitors and customers. The exhibition is fully integrated into the conference activities.
If you are interested in participating in the SRF 19 in Dresden, you are asked to complete the application form in the partnership guide. After receiving your registration, a contract with an exhibitor’s manual including forms for additional services and furniture will be sent to you.
After the receipt of your application form your application is binding. In case of a cancellation Intercom is allowed to charge a cancellation fee to the amount of 50% of the ordered services. In case of a cancellation after April 1st, 2019 there will be no refund.
Storage, set up and dismantling
Because of the limited storage space, we cannot guarantee to fulfil all requirements concerning the storage. Please take this into consideration for the delivery of your material. Intercom assumes no liability for damage and theft. Time schedule for set up and dismantling as well as information on sending materials will be announced 4 weeks prior to the conference at the latest.
